31650 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 31650 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These Terms apply to all users of the 31650 platform in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and 31650 as the service provider. 2. Account Creation & Security

- Accounts registered under another person's name or using a false identity are strictly prohibited.

- 31650 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
31650 users agree to use this platform lawfully, responsibly, and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Any use that violates the law or compromises the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Specifically prohibited actions include:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other method to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the infrastructure or security systems of 31650.
- Using an account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Transferring or distributing account funds to third parties without authorisation.
- Registering multiple accounts to abuse promotions or the platform's rewards system.
31650 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the relevant account without prior notice.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 31650 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX, Boost eWallet, and Touch 'n Go eWallet.

All withdrawal requests are subject to an identity verification process. 31650 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where suspicious activity is detected or where the terms and conditions have not been met. Funds held in an account do not accrue interest. We are not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by third-party financial institutions during the deposit or withdrawal process.
5. Liability Limitations, Account Policy, and Intellectual Property
Liability Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 31650 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, or betting outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, with no implied warranty that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times.
Account Suspension and Closure
31650 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, inaccurate registration information, or at the request of a relevant authority. If an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of an investigation. Users may request to close their own account by contacting the 31650 support team.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and materials found on the 31650 platform are the exclusive property of 31650 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or use any part of such content without express written permission from 31650. Any infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The 31650 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of such third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
31650 reserves the right to modify, update, or improve these Terms & Conditions at any time without extended prior notice. We will, however, endeavour to inform users of any significant changes via in-platform notifications or registered email.
It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 31650 platform shall first be referred to consultation. If no resolution is reached, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
